Everything connects to the same week.

A week you can see at a glance

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner for one adult, with planned repeats and a simple way to scale for two.

One organized grocery list

Quantities matched to the schedule, plus a pantry check so you can use what you already have.

Eight practical recipes

Portioned ingredients, cooking instructions, storage notes, and swaps. No specialty keto products required.

Two prep sessions

Prepare the first half of the week, then refresh midweek. Later meals use a safe freezer-and-thaw plan.

Restaurant fallback cards

Ready-to-use ordering scripts for days when cooking is not happening.

Reusable planning pages

A weekly planner, label-based carb worksheet, freezer labels, and a grocery refill checklist.

Built for ordinary busy days.

For the person packing lunch, cooking for one or two, and wanting a repeatable routine. Repeated meals are intentional: fewer ingredients to buy and fewer recipes to learn.

Recipes are editorially developed, not represented as kitchen-tested. The sample lets you assess the format and approach. This is not a clinical meal plan or a promise of results.

The kit’s actual seven-day meal schedule

Before you choose

Is this a personalized diet plan?

No. It is an educational meal-planning resource for adults who already choose a low-carb approach. Portions are starting points, not individualized calorie or nutrition prescriptions.

Does every day guarantee fewer than 20g net carbs?

No. Brands, portions, swaps, sauces, and your other foods change the total. Use the included worksheet and your ingredient labels to check your own daily budget. This kit does not provide lab-tested nutrition or guarantee ketosis or weight loss.

What do I need to cook?

A stove, oven, skillet, baking tray or dish, knife, measuring tools, food thermometer, and refrigerator/freezer. An air fryer and specialty keto groceries are not required.

How is this different from the free cheat sheet?

The free sheet helps with individual decisions. The kit connects a full seven-day schedule to eight recipes, exact shopping quantities, prep sessions, and reusable worksheets.

How will I receive it?

You can download a free PDF sample now. The full kit is not yet available to purchase.

Can I print it?

Yes. The bundle includes US Letter and compact phone editions. Use fit-to-page for A4. You may print copies for your own household; redistribution and resale are not included.
